Greetings!
Hello, I am sending out the same newsletter with a fixed link to our YouTube Channel

Hi,

The last three weeks our peppers--both sweet bell and Jalapeno--have grown at a surprisingly rapid pace.  The pleasantly fresh fall weather apparently is perfect for fruit growth of peppers.  The result--we are now selling sweet bell peppers by the half bushel for the wholesale price of $8 a half bushel.  What do you do with so many peppers?  If you keep them in a relatively cool spot they will keep fine for 2 to 3 weeks.  However what we do is freeze them!  Then they will keep until next summer when we can pick some more.  We have just made a new YouTube video which shows how we freeze them  To see this video go to our channel at Magicland Farms YouTube Channel.  Notice the procedure is quick and easy since we don't blanch them.  We have been doing this for over 25 years and it works out just fine.  You also can freeze Jalapeno which we are selling for $2.75 for a quart.  Our Jalapenos are the nicest quality ones we have ever grown and customers have commented about that.

Another thing.  I mentioned in an earlier newsletter about that strange thing that fell on our pumpkin field back in August of 1999.  Well we have just put out a YouTube video about this and it is also on our channel.

Also, I want to remind everyone that we welcome the Bridge Card (EBT card) as well as WIC Project Fresh Coupons and Senior Fresh/Market Fresh Coupons.  Also, you must use Wic Project Fresh Coupons and Senior Fresh Coupons by October 31.  They are worthless after this date.

Nashle,

Tom
