With just over 4 weeks left to submit your entry, it is now time to begin the panic!  School will be starting soon  and you will be losing your Summer help...there is no better time than NOW to finalize your binder. Has your committee selected the best photos and documents to showcase your property?  OR are you still taking pictures and collecting those documents?  Get it done now and cruise through August...avoid the end of Summer madness!
