International Festival
On Saturday, November 6, St. Cuthbert will have its annual International Festival to honor all of the different countries and backgrounds represented in our very unique and diverse congregation. The festival includes food, games, entertainment, and loads of things to learn about our world. Please sign up in the Narthex for a country or region you would like to represent. This Sunday is the last Sunday to sign up! We will team up regions and start planning the multicultural event of the year!
For more information, please contact Andrea Condell-Stewart at 281.855.9195 or artmour@sbcglobal.net. |
Preparation for All Saints Day
The Daughters of the King (DOK) ministry will again offer the "Book of Names" in honor of All Saints Day. The book will be available for the congregation to enter names of deceased family and friends. The names will be prayed over on All Saints' Day, November 1. You do not need to enter a name which has been written in the past as those names remain in the book for prayers. |
Financial Peace University
Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University returns to St. Cuthbert. This 13 week program teaches how to tell money where to go instead of wondering where it went. Learn a plan for handling your resources God's way that encompasses spending, saving, and giving; it is not only a way to financial peace; it's a way to life-changing freedom! The course will begin tomorrow, Thursday, October 28, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The $100 per family fee covers all materials and more. Scholarships may be available for those in need. Online registration is available at our website, www.stcuthbert.org, or contact Mark or Ella Chambers at markechambers@gmail.com. |
