College Ready
All college-bound students, incoming high school seniors and their parents are invited to a College Ready Seminar on Saturday, July 31, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall. This one-day event is a dynamic video/discussion/preparation program for students headed off to college. The spiritually based seminar is designed to help you navigate the college maze, recognize the key areas where you'll need to succeed, and craft your own plan and personal vision. It offers sound wisdom, eye-opening insight, and practical advice for what's ahead. College can, and should, be one of the best experiences of your life: a launch pad to your future. Please give our visiting Bishop, the Right Rev. Rayford High, a big St. Cuthbert welcome. This Sunday, at 10:30 a.m., Bishop High will confirm, receive and reaffirm those who have recently completed confirmation class.

 New Study Begins for the Cuthbert Young Adults
Beginning on Sunday, August 1, there will be a new Christian Education class geared toward Young Adults. During the Christian Education hour from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m., we will be studying a book by Francis Chan titled Crazy Love.  Ministry Fellowship Hour
For the summer, the ministries of St. Cuthbert will host a fellowship hour between the 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. services. Every Sunday a different ministry will host refreshments and be available to answer any questions you may have about the ministry while enjoying a time of fellowship with one another. This week's fellowship is hosted by St. C Seniors. |
