Membership x Maturity x Mission = M Cubed
On Saturday, May 22, at 10:00 a.m., we will offer our discipleship series St. Cuthbert 101, 201, 301. The 101 class is a requirement for membership at St. Cuthbert; the 201 class is designed to encourage spiritual maturity; and the 301 class helps explore your ministry passion. Pray the Word Ministries Comes to St. Cuthbert! 
 
On Saturday, June 5 at 10:30 a.m., St. Cuthbert's ECW will host a special event titled, Pray the Word. Houston's renowned author Mary Ann Bridgwater will be the guest speaker.

Safeguarding God's Children
There will be a Safeguarding God's Children class offered on Tuesday, May 25, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The class is a training program for the prevention of sexual abuse of children and youth. The program provides participants information they need to protect children they know and care for in their personal lives and in the ministries in which they serve. Please sign up with Sally Mahon at sally@stcuthbert.org to reserve your spot for the class. 
 
VBS Vacation Bible School (VBS)
Are you ready to learn about the ultimate hero? Come to St. Cuthbert's VBS, Hero HeadQuarters - Where Kids Join Forces with God! Each day kids will learn what it means to be a hero for God in this exciting, challenging, and super-fun VBS program! VBS will be held June 21-25 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
 
You can register for VBS by filling out the forms in the Narthex, or you can simply click the picture to the left to be taken to the signup form.

This Sunday is the last week we will be taking pictures for St. Cuthbert's Pictorial Directory. Come join the fun! No appointment needed, just follow the signs, check your information at the table, and then say cheese!
Holy Baptism
The service of Holy Baptism will be held Sunday, May 30, during the 10:30 a.m. service. If you have a candidate for Holy Baptism, fill out a Baptism Information form by Monday, May 24. All upcoming high school and college graduates will be recognized during the 10:30 a.m. service on Sunday, May 30. There will be a reception in the Parish Hall after the service. If you would like a graduate honored, please contact the church office at 281.463.7330.
 
Capital Campaign
As our first Capital Campaign, Building Together Towards Tomorrow, comes to a close May 31, let us give thanks to God and all who gave sacrifically for the growth of His kingdom. For those wishing to complete their pledge for this campaign, the deadline will be Sunday, May 30. As of May 5 approximately 90% of the campaign goal has been acheived. Thanks be to our Lord for his great provision.
