Holy Week Prayer Vigil

The Heart of Texas Movie on Good Friday
There will be a showing of The Heart of Texas beginning promptly at 5:30 p.m. on Good Friday. This is a touching documentary of a true story of loss, forgiveness, and redemption.

Get Ready for the Easter Egg Hunt!
There will be an Easter Egg Hunt immediately following the 10:30 a.m. service on Sunday, April 4. All children from nursery age to 12 years old are invited to attend! There will be a separate area for the little ones. Be sure and bring your Easter baskets and cameras. We are going to have lots of fun!

Episcopal Youth Community (EYC)
Youth in High School and Junior High are invited to join in on the fun this Sunday. The youth will play GaGa Ball during the Easter Egg Hunt. If you do not know what GaGa Ball is or how to play, Sunday is the perfect opportunity to learn!

Also, please note that youth that are planning on attending the high school mission trip, the deposit of $200 is due this Thursday, April 1 by 5:00 p.m. Along with a deposit the applicant will need to provide a completed application. The deposit is non-refundable; we rely on this number for food, vehicle rental, lodging, etc. Youth that are planning on attending the junior high trip to Camp Eagle, the deposit of $150 will be due Friday, April 9 by 5:00 p.m. Along with this deposit the applicant will need to provide a completed application. Preschool Silent Auction
Mark your calendars for Thursday, April 8  at 5:30 p.m. for the Preschool's Ninth Annual Dinner and Silent Auction. Our wonderful St. Cuthbert Men's Group will prepare a spaghetti dinner.  This year's raffle item is an 8GB iTouch iPod.  Tickets for the raffle and dinner are available by contacting Lynn Olson at preschool@stcuthbert.org or 281.463.1912. Coming Soon to a Theater Near You!
St. Cuthbert will host the 2nd Annual Movie Night on Sunday, April 11 beginning at 5:00 p.m. This year we will have even more movies to choose from for all ages. The admission is free. Concessions will be available for purchase and the proceeds will benefit EYC missions. Stayed tuned for more information.

St. Cuthbert Seniors
The St. Cuthbert Seniors will be attending Lone Star College's presentation of The Wager on Thursday, April 15 at 7:00 p.m.  The play is a comedy about the lives of four colorful characters in a college environment.  The Seniors will also visit the Brookwood Community for lunch on Thursday, April 22, leaving the church parking lot at 11:30 am.  Please contact Marilyn Oliver at 281.463.2489 for more information or to reserve your spot.
 
Be a Discovery Weekend Pilgrim
Wanted: Pilgrims for Discovery Weekend, April 16, 17, 18 Qualifications: No previous experience required. Must desire a deeper relationship with the Lord and enjoy sharing time with others. This is an equal opportunity event! Location: St. Cuthbert - Friday night, all day Saturday, Sunday morning. Fees: None. Perks: Food, Fellowship, Renewal. Registration: Sign up at the Discovery table now. For information: Visit the Discovery Team wearing a "Discovery" button. Also needed: Prayer Warriors, Servers, Supplies, and Financial Support.
