Lenten Study

St. Cuthbert has begun a church-wide Lenten Study titled, From Fear to Love: Lenten Reflections on the Parable of the Prodigal Son. Books are available to purchase for $1. Everyone is encouraged to join a small group to explore this fascinating book. If you have not yet done so, please come purchase a book and sign up for a small group. St. C Seniors

Tomorrow, Thursday, February 25, the Seniors will attend the play, The Good Times are Killing Me, at Lone Star College. The cost is $5.00. The group will meet at the college at 7:00 p.m. To reserve your spot or for more information, contact Marilyn Oliver at 281.463.3489.

Youth Coffee House

This Friday, February 26, Junior High and High School youth are invited to EYC Coffee House from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. St. Cuthbert will be open for youth to bring friends to just hang out and fellowship with one another. Youth are asked to bring $2. Our coffee bar will be open and made to order "coffee" drinks and light snacks will be served.

Prayer Blanket Ministry Meeting

There will be a short meeting in the parlor/prayer room for all interested in being a part of the Prayer Blanket Ministry this Sunday, February 28 after the 10:30 a.m. service. If you have sewn blankets in the past, would like to sew blankets now, can help purchase materials, or assist with any part of the process, please come! Youth Summer Trip Informational Meeting

There will be an informational meeting for all youth and adults interested in participating in the High School Mission Trip and/or Junior High Camp Trip. The meeting will be offered on Tuesday, March 2 at 6:30 pm. for the Junior High trip and 7:00 p.m. for the High School trip. The meeting will also be held on Sunday, March 14 at 12:15 p.m. for the Junior High trip and 12:45 for the High School trip. The meetings will be the same at each date. Thus, those interested will need to attend only one of the meetings. More information about these trips is located at cuthbertyouth.com and click on the "Summer" tab.

St. Cuthbert Women's Retreat

You are invited to join the ladies of St. Cuthbert at their annual retreat held at Camp Allen's Conference Center the weekend of October 15-17. This year will feature the Beth Moore Bible study, Immeasurable Love. Don't miss out on this time of spiritual refreshment, rest and relaxation. The cost of the entire weekend is $140. In order to reserve a spot at Camp Allen, all who plan to attend must pay a $50 deposit by the end of February. Look for the sign up table in the Parish Hall. Women of the Passion

Friday, March 26, at 7:00 p.m. the Episcopal Church Women (ECW) welcomes the public to a free presentation of The Women of the Passion, a dramatic reading of the story of the women that Scripture tells us provided for Jesus and disciples. These were the women who stood off at a distance and who held vigil at the crucifixion. These women want to be heard and this is their story. Come and share in this wonderful Lenten program.
