Your Thoughts Create Your Experience, So Make Them Good Ones!

Are you experiencing your good, right now? You deserve to, and you can do it.
I've written before about how our thoughts create our experience. Even though I know this,
it's still remarkably easy to slip into negative thinking, get
distracted by worry, and forget that all is well in the present. And
as someone who has faced some big health challenges over the past few
years, it's especially easy for me to get stuck in a fearful thought loop in
that regard. Guess what? It only makes me feel worse!
Does
this happen to you? Try to really notice (without judgment) what you
are thinking throughout the day. What are you focusing your attention
on? Do you spend more time thinking about what's not going so well
than you do appreciating what is? Are you stuck in a mindset of No, it can't work out rather than Yes, things are getting better all the time? I know that place! We all get "programmed" to do this in different
ways--by our families, our communities, our schools, the media, etc. And it can affect every aspect of our lives, including our health.
I'm learning how to use
affirmations effectively with the help of Louise Hay, author of the
well known book "You Can Heal Your Life" and a fabulous new book
entitled "Experience Your Good Now." I want to share this valuable

breathe easier, and the future looks a lot brighter.
