Garner Properties is pleased to let you know that our collections and garnishment efforts are recovering $15,000 - $20,000 per month. Our in-house counsel has increased staff to focus on collections with immediate and significant results.
Our systems are set up to convert an Eviction, or a Tenant that moves owing a balance, immediately to the collections process. Please note that the time from start to receipt of funds could be 3-6 months, but if the former tenant has income that we can garnish, we will pursue it.
Any Owner who wishes to opt-out of the garnishment and collections program must do so in writing. |

The Marketing Department is pleased to welcome Sarah Plunkett to the Call Center staff. Sarah has hit the ground running and is booking showing appointments like a pro!
The warm and sunny summer months are always busy for inquiries and showings. We have been consistently signing approximately 40 new leases per month. We are continuing to focus our resources on homes that are not moving as quickly as others - homes for sale and lease alike. Recently, we increased the number of websites on which we market your properties, including Realtor.com. We are also using eye-catching templates to market properties on Craigslist.
