Greetings!
It's Spring! Here in Michigan the grass is green and the flowers and trees are vibrant. The Tigers are playing baseball at Comerica Park, and life is good.
This month we have some helpful lawn maintenance and renter's insurance information to offer. Beatrice is our Employee in the Spotlight. Beatrice is new to our company, so be sure to say hi to her when you call or visit. |
 | Lawn Maintenance |

It's that time of year when the grass starts to grow tall. Many cities have lawn ordinances and if the grass is too long, they will ticket. Tickets are sent to our office and will be posted to your account for payment.
Don't get a ticket for long grass. Keep your lawn trimmed and your money in your wallet. |
 | Renter's Insurance |
|
As a renter, there is a way to protect your possessions from fire, theft, and other catastrophes - Renter's Insurance. Don't make the mistake of thinking that your things will be covered under the homeowner's insurance. Homeowner's insurance will cover the building, but not the contents.
To get started, take an inventory of your possessions. List each item, its value and serial number. Photograph or videotape each room, including closets, open drawers, storage buildings and your garage. Keep receipts for major items in a fireproof place.
Then, contact an insurance agent. We recommend Joe Pacut from Allstate. His contact information is listed below. Give him a call and be protected.
Disaster can strike when you least expect it. Give yourself some peace of mind with renter's insurance. |
