Greetings!  

Garner Properties is continually listening to your needs and making changes that will help us to serve you better.  To that end, in this issue we are introducing our Client Services Department.  We also have a dedicated person who will handle City Inspection and Section 8 Inspection maintenance, and in the very near future we will introduce our new Director of Vacancy Marketing/Real Estate Sales & Investor Programs.
 
We are confident that the service you receive will be kicked up a few notches with our new Client Services Department.
 
Don't forget that Daylight Saving Time is November 6.  Turn your clocks back and enjoy an extra hour of sleep on us!
Introducing our Client Services Department

 

We identified a weakness in our company and have developed a solution.  We were not dedicating enough resources to helping you, our client, address issues with regard to your investments.  As a result we have created the Client Services Department which will be headed up by Jessica Zilka and we would like to introduce the newest memeber of our team, Brenda Garner.
 
Brenda has spent her career developing award winning customer service teams at high profile hotels.  She was the Hotel Training Manager at The Ritz Carlton and, most recently, at MGM Grand Detroit, where the property was rated 4-stars for customer service by Forbes 3 years in a row.
 
Branda and Jessica are your go-to team for all of your questions, concerns, and issues related to your investment(s).  From them you can expect answers, direction, and training on our systems.

Fall Cleanup Vacant Properties

 

Fall Cleanup of vacant properties is underway.  The fee for fall cleanup services is $75 - $125 based on the size of the yard.  This is a special service and is not part of standard seasonal grass cutting.  If you are a Help-U-Rent client, or if you require approval on maintenance, please contact us as soon as possible to order fall clean up services for your vacant property.

Winterizing Vacant Properties - Reminder

 

Starting mid-November, we will winterize vacant properties according to HUD guidelines to ensure that plumbing supply lines and fixtures are not damaged by frozen water.  Winterization includes a thorough and complete draining of the plumbing and heating system; non-toxic anti-freeze added to all of the plumbing traps and fixtures; and toilets and sinks tagged.  The fee for winterization is $125.

 

If you handle your own maintenance, or if you require approval for us to handle maintenance, please contact us if you would like Garner Properties to winterize your vacant properties.
