The Real Estate market is competitive arena for a Realtor. You have to have a presence and make an impact without turning off your clients, and you have to show the world that you can deliver the goods.
The internet is a great way to market without being intrusive, but even the internet can be overdone (how many e-mail blasts do you unsubscribe to?). We found an article about internet marketing that includes some tips for Realtors from a typical end-user. Why not give the people what they want?
What about if a lead reaches out to you? If a lead comes to you and they include a contact phone number, guess what? They want to be called. An e-mail response may get lost in the inbox. How many times should you contact a lead via voice or e-mail before you declare them cold? Try at least five times.
The most important thing any Realtor can do to successfully market him- or herself is to be creative. Your unique message will set you apart from the pack. It doesn't have to be expensive or difficult. See for yourself in this article ... or this one.
