Spring is emerging slooooooowly in Southeast Michigan, but things at Garner Properties are red hot! Lease signings are trending upward. In the month of March, we signed 37 leases and in April we expect to do as many if not more. Our phones are busy and our Agents are in the field all day showing homes to multiple prospects. A large part of this month's newsletter is dedicated to reporting on our marketing strategies and continued efforts to increase property exposure and leases. Prospective tenants are beginning to emerge from winter's hibernation and are taking advantage of the scattered sunny days to house hunt for a new rental property. What a better way to start the season, and we are here to help them! |

Garner Properties has expanded it's internet marketing reach. We have a presence on the larger social media outlets, including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and Youtube. Each of these sites is designed to generate interest and drive traffic back to our website.
In the last quarter, we improved and expanded our website so that it is not only more user friendly, but it is also more informative.
Through PropertyWare, we have been able to increase our media buy so that our placement during search results are higher (if not highest) on the page. The increased marketing reach described above, ensures high search placement organically, but media buys guarantees it. |

We are very proud of our Call Center and our ability to give prospective tenants the very best information regarding compatible homes. New procedures are in place so that our Call Center Team can better screen prospective tenants and cross market properties. The Team spends time with each caller so that if they are not able to find a home that suits their need now, we may be able to match them with the perfect home later. When a new property enters the market, we can profile all prospects and re-contact those who would be a good fit, thereby reducing the amount of time that a property is vacant. |
