Fusion Splicer & Power Meter / Light Source Kits
Fusion Splicer PRO-730A

PRO-730 Fusion Splicer

The PRO-730 is a core alignment fusion splicer designed for use within several areas of fiber optic deployment. Whether your application is Premise, OSP, or FTTx splicing with the PRO-730 will get the job done right. The PRO-730 is designed to work with all the popular fiber types and in all weather conditions. The dual axis view and reversible color monitor with control panels on both sides assures splicer efficiency in any work environment.

Power Meter PM1

Light Sources & Power Meters

Precision Rated Optics has developed kits designed for specific markets within the communications industry.

The standard PRO kit includes everything you would need to perform an optical loss test, including reference cables, mating sleeves, travel case and cleaning supplies.

OTDR   /   Optical Fault Locator   /   PON Meter
OTDR - PRO-OTDR-SM
PRO-OTDR-SM
The PRO-OTDR-SM and PRO-OTDR-FTTx OTDRs were designed for features and functions relevant to FTTX applications.  These units will test the length, loss and physical characteristics of fiber within a FTTx or any Singlemode span.
Optical Fault Locator - OFL-301A
Optical Fault Locator
The OFL-301A is a high performance optical fiber trouble shooter for locating fiber breaks and high loss events. It detects the break location in the fiber and displays the result on the LCD screen. This portable, easy to use device is an ideal instrument for fiber cable construction and maintenance.
PON Meter PON-301
PON Meter
Precision Rated Optic's advanced PON-specific power meter, the PON-301, is the flagship of PRO's test instruments specifically intended for FTTH and FTTP systems. The PON-301 is the ideal tool for FTTH/FTTP service activation and field application troubleshooting.

Power Meter / Laser Source / Multimeter / VFL
Power Meter PM2
PM-204

The PM-204 series Power Meter is the advanced version of PM-102 series with data storage and wavelength-identification. Whether your application is laboratory, LANs, WANs or CATV, the PM-204 Optical Power Meter can be used with PRO's Stabilized Laser Sources to identify optical fiber, measure optical attenuation, verify continuity and evaluate fiber link transmission quality.

Optical Laser Source LS2
LS-202 & LS-203

The LS-202 and LS-203 units can transmit a wavelength-identification digital encrypted protocol, enabling the PM-204 Power Meter to automatically use the proper calibration parameters. This feature reduces the need for communication between the two technicians and decreases the potential for error.

Multimeter
OLM-202

The OLM-202 series Optical Loss Test Set(Multimeter) combines a power meter and a 3-wavelength laser source, for optical fiber network installation and maintenance. With the large capacity data storage, it's very convenient for field testing and transfering the test results to PC through USB interface.

Visual Fault Locator

VFL-10

The VFL-10 is a compact but powerful visable light source with an output power up to 8dBm. The VFL-10 could be used to locate sharp bends and breaks in jacketed or bare fiber within 10km. It could also be used to identify connectors in patch panels or indentify fibers during splicing operations.
