RESOLUTION:
Send your client a welcome packet in the mail, or leave it at your first visit if there is not enough time to mail it, that includes a company profile sheet that lists exactly what you clean. It can also list the extra tasks that are purchased individually such as inside of the refrigerator, wet wiping the baseboards, etc. Be sure the profile sheet clearly states that there is an additional charge for each of these items.
IMPLEMENTATION:
Create a company profile sheet or use ours and make the appropriate adjustments for your company. Our company profile sheet does list extra tasks as part of the service for weekly and biweekly clients and asks for additional money for those cleaned less frequently. The verbiage is on our sheet for both so it is easily customized to match your company needs.
