People do business with people they know and trust. (Really, it is the 17 rule all over again.) That is why the most cost effective way to attain repeat sales is from building relationships. Not one person at a time, but one organization at a time.
RESOLUTION:
Find organizations in your community that also need your help and support. Start with your local hospitals. They have doctors and nurses who can afford and need your services. Build a long term relationship with one or two hospitals and your name will become a 'household word' to this base of contacts.
IMPLEMENTATION:
Call your local hospital and try and sit down with the administrator to discuss an employee of the month award of a free cleaning for their outstanding nurse or doctor. Also be sure to talk with the auxiliary or whatever group they have for fund raising. Give a free cleaning for any fund raising event that the hospital sponsors. Not sure how to approach them?
