TURN CLEANER WASTED TIME INTO REVENUE GENERATING TIME
UTILIZE CHEAP FLYERS IN A SMART WAY
CORE CONCEPT: There is nothing worse than a repeat client who forgets to leave their key out and states "I'll run home with it. It will only take a minute." What a waste of waiting time for you and your team, especially if they are paid by the hour.
RESOLUTION: Be sure that your individuals or cleaning teams always have plenty of spare flyers in their car so they can flyer the neighborhood until the client arrives with the key. Have the client call your office when she gets to the home so you can call your individual or Team Leader and get them back to the home.
IMPLEMENTATION: Each employee should be able to put a minimum of 60 flyers per hour on doors. If you run a 3 person team and they wait for a half hour that is 90 flyers you will put on doors instead of paying your team to rest under an apple tree. If you pay your employees by the hour this is a 'no brainer'. If your employees are paid by percentage you should pay them for this effort but you are killing two birds with one stone. You get your name out and your employees will not be upset because they are sitting there waiting and not making any money. Make the flyers yourself on your PC, put them on colorful paper and roll them and put a rubber band around them. Doors only, NEVER on a mailbox. Purchase the flyers below or make your own.
