Pain Relief Yoga begins with poses that are done on the floor, in chairs and on blankets.Every class emphasizes opening of the spine, beginning at the tailbone and progressing through each spinal area in turn. The goals of Pain Relief Yoga include greater flexibility, body strength, and stamina---without creating spinal tension! Taught by Krishna Naidu. |

"TANTRIC TOURISTS"
February 16, 7-10pm A multi-award winning comedy road movie following ten enthusiastic disciples on their debut trip to India. Led by larger than life but conflicted tantric guru, Laurie Handlers, the group features a millionairess, a psychic nurse, an aspiring model and a swinging scientist. Their odyssey includes sunrises over temples, drunken night trains, sexual exercises on buses and elephant rides. Join us as Laurie introduces the movie and follows with a lively discussion.

VALENTINE'S DAY PUJA CELEBRATION
