Sacred Cacao Ceremony!
Daka Rasa will be offering a Sacred Cacao Ceremony on Sunday, June 13 at the Temple. Those who wish to participate will gather at 1:30 PM and the Ceremony will start at 2 PM.
In this 4-5 hour ceremony you are invited to experience what remains the spiritual sacrament of choice for some indigenous people of Central America. With this ancient spiritual plant partner, we can easily deepen our meditative focus, opening, connecting, expanding, clearing or releasing in our heart space. Gentle and sensual in approach, raw cacao can present you with a door to other realms - yet doesn't push you though, and is a marvelous heart-centered cooperative partnership facilitator.
Cacao means "Food of the Gods". Cacao butter has a higher concentration of antioxidants than any food in the world. It is excellent for the heart, appetite suppression, balancing mood swings, creating blissful feelings of love. It does not elevate blood sugar levels, is the #1 source of magnesium, high in Iron, Manganese, Zinc, Copper, Vitamin C, Omega 6 fatty acids, Pehnethylamine (PEA), Tryptophan Serotonin, Chromium, Anandamide, and Theobromine.

Seven Sisters by Paul Lawrence Curtis. | Mystic Sister Priestess Path
You will be ordained as a Priestess or High Priestess by the Phoenix Goddess Temple and / or Temple of 1. This is a female-only path of initiation into our Sacred Sisterhood.
The Priestess Path requires you to commit to 6 separate 24-hour Immersions. These immersions include teachings and hands-on training, bonding as sisters, field trips and sleepovers, surprise gifts and guests! The Priestess Path completes with you being Ordained by our Temple. The Wisdom and direct experience of the immersions allow us to authenticate your work through first hand witness and sharing.
We are offering two ways to receive these teachings:
Way 1:
Meet 7 times starting on the July New Moon and culminating in Ordination on Winter Solstice, December 21, 2010, which is also a Full Moon! We will meet on the New Moon of each month for 2 days.
Way 2:
Be in Temple for 7 days twice a year. First time starting on the Fall Equinox on Sept. 21 thru Sept 26. The second time starting December 15 thru 20. Ordination on Winter Solstice, December 21.

Yoga is the union of body, mind, and spirit. Gentle Yoga focuses on slow stretches, flexibility, and deep breathing. All are welcome. Offering of Support $10 to $33.
Every Sunday: (NOTE NEW TIME) Sunday Brunch with Oracles 12 noon to 1 PM. Service 1 to 2 PM. Each Sunday afternoon we will gather and break bread together before the Spiritual services.
