Today is a great day for measuring the progress women have made in gaining
equity with men over the last one hundred years. Today, on March 8th, the world honors the 'yin' half of the tribe
on the International Women's Day.
Today, countries worldwide celebrate
the mothers, daughters, sisters, wives and sweethearts who make life possible,
meaningful and a beauty-full experience.
A good friend from Europe
says her email box this morning had over 80 e-cards and letters celebrating
this day. In many countries, this day
honoring women is a national holiday.
We here a the Phoenix Goddess Temple see this as a great day to invite

International Goddess Congress, scheduled May 1st - 5th,
2010 in Sedona, AZ.
This first gathering is all about the Sacred Feminine and
the Mother's gift to give life and heal life with the power of the yoni and the
womb. "Root Wisdom: Reclaiming Our
Sexual Power", is a unique opportunity for women to convene and share their
wisdom around sacred conception, divine sexual expression and ecstatic
birth. We are asking all attendees and

guest speakers confirm. Our main
objective for this first conference is to co-create a 'doctrine' or religious
