Following is a description of the Immersions and some suggested dates:
Immersion 2 - Saturday & Sunday, February 6 & 7, 2010 Overnight in L.A.
"Initiation in the Modern Goddess Era" Meeting 1 Goddess Temples in 2009. Field trip to Orange County Goddess Temple to attend "Queen of Your Realm". This Convocation is about Leadership, Vision, Communication. (See attached flyer). We will leave on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and return Friday. The Temple may be renting a motor home for this road trip.
*Immersion 1 - Suggested dates: Saturday, January 23 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
"Her-Story ~ Our Goddess in Ancient Times". Exploring the Goddess in all Her forms, as worshipped by many cultures the world over. Meet and understand the gifts, graces and powers of the Great Goddess. Includes Goddess cinema "The Burning Times", an award winning documentary on the religious persecution of those who loved the Mother aspect of God. We suggest an overnight is in Sedona and includes copper fire pit ceremony / rituals for the ancestors.
Immersion 3 - Most of you attended this one already.
"Emergence: The Goddess You Are". At meeting 3 you will declare the Goddess you choose to embody and serve in the coming year. The declaration includes understanding Her worship and rituals. You will be dressing as your Goddess and emerging as Her in a private ceremony.
*Immersion 4: Suggested dates: Sunday, January 24 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
"Sisterhood & Ceremony" Altars, Circles, Drumming, Moon Magick, Dance, Ritual, Ceremony.
*These two Immersions could be an overnight in Sedona.
Immersion 5: Suggested dates: Wednesday, February 17 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
"Muladhara" Root Chakra; Red Ray; Root Center; Lingam and Yoni work; Healing with Stones
Immersion 6: Suggested dates: Sunday, February 21 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
"Syadhisthana" Sacral Chakra; Orange Ray; Power Center; Healing with Food and Herbs; Sacred Conception; Nurturing Mother
Immersion 7: Suggested dates: Saturday, March 13 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
"Manipura" Solar Plexus Chakra; Yellow Ray; "The Jewel in the Lotus"; Strengthening your Identity; Dress like a Goddess; Working with Archetypes - yours and your Seeker's
Immersion 8: Suggested dates: Sunday, March 14 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
"Anahata" Heart Chakra; Green/Pink Ray; "Unstuck"; Healing with Music; Heart Energy; Heart as Bridge between Heaven and Earth; Sharing and Protecting your Heart.
Immersion 9: Suggested dates: Friday, March 26 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
"Visuddha" Throat Chakra; Blue Ray; "Pure"; Authenticity and Communication; Healing Power of Words - compliments, affirmations, prayers, chanting, and singing.
Immersion 10: Suggested dates: Wednesday, April 7 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
"Ajna" Brow Chakra; Third Eye; Indigo Ray; "Command" Mysticism; Nature of Mysticism; Signs and Wonders; Healing with Aromatic Essential Oils; Meditation; divination; oracles; the Power to Invoke.
Immersion 11: Suggested dates: Thursday, April 8 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
"Sahasrara" Crown Chakra; Purple/Violet Ray; "Thousand"; Gnosis; Practice of Oneness with Source; Oneness with all of Creation; Direct Divinity from Source; Opening to what is beyond the 5 senses; working with Faith and Trust; accepting the blessings; gratitude; light body teachings. Healing with Laying on of Hands.
Immersion 12: Suggested dates: Tues/Wed, April 20/21 Sedona Overnight
Priestessing in the World; Public Priestessing; Being a Traveling Dakini; Dealing with family, friends, the Press.
Immersion 13: Saturday, May 1, 2010 BELTANE! Ordination!
Ordination! You will receive Ordination Certificate, a card deck, a Sacred Veil, and a piece of Sacred Jewelry to commemorate your office as Priestess of the Phoenix Goddess Temple. You will be ordained dressed in the full regalia of your chosen Goddess.
