July 4th Holiday "Mother Sez" * Musings From the PGT
|
Hello Beloved Friends & Family:
HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY! We are blessed to be living in a freedom-of-religion country, and free we are! We're celebrating with a PUJA this Saturday, July 4th at the temple here in Phoenix. Join Goddess Crystal Dawn as we enter sacred space and time together. For those who've never been, Puja is a ceremony which unfolds a bit like a slow motion square dance, only in this case, the moves are called by a sweet lady who leads the entire group into clear and easy bliss. Our Puja gathers at 7 pm for light refreshment and chat, warming up with ecstatic dance, then flowing into a sharing circle and then Puja ritual at 7:30 or so and completes at 9:00 to 9:30, leaving plenty of time for midnight fireworks. A tour of temple fill follow Puja, if you haven't yet had a chance to view our new facility..
Come & Cuddle with Leela
Learn the art of asking for and receiving what you need in your intimate moments, very yummy, very 'clothing on". Join Goddess Leela next Saturday July 11th @7:30 pm for a genuine Cuddle Party. Life without touch is to hard to bear, so come one, come all to learn the art of snuggling with strangers (and other cool people you just met!) Must be in temple by 8pm as we seal the chamber at the time to protect our intimate weaving. Visit the original Cuddle Party Web Home
The Phoenix Goddess Temple has been graced by the addition of new Priestesses Isis & Lady Lucina. Please join us in welcoming them to our Temple Family. Isis is a long time Wiccan Priestess & Lady Lucina brings Faery Magic to our island of light. Learn more about our new sisters (click gallery) at:www.phoenixgoddesstemple.org
We would also like to take a moment to thank some wonderful people; Goddess Chavarra, and our Healer Priests Karma, and Benjamin. Special applause too for Temple Keeping Goddess Brandy for all her tireless help this month in moving things around and helping us settle in: Goddess Sylvia our Gatekeeper and Gate Trainer who is responsible for many of the fine artistic touches in our Transformation Chambers: Brandy and Goddess Tracy Elise for their work in the artistic side of making a Temple come to life: and dan, our webmaster (whose devotion to The Goddess and The Phoenix Goddess Temple is such that he asked for his name to be rendered in lower case letters, and in love and out of respect for his desires, his devotion and service we honor that request); Finally a thank you to our Temple Mother Janet for making everything run smoothly.
The Phoenix Goddess Temple also sends love to the Members of the United States Military for defending our Freedom, including Our Freedom to Worship as we choose. Words are woefully inadequate to express our Heartfelt Gratitude!
