Union hot-wings for your Super Bowl party

Greetings!

We're only a month into the new year, but 2012 is shaping up to be an exciting time - for LA Labor 411, for manufacturing, and for workers. It's looking like it might be a good turnaround year for the economy. Here at LA Labor 411, we've been busy putting the finishing touches on the new edition of LA Labor 411 - our 4th edition will be available soon. We're very excited about our biggest and best edition ever. It lists more products and services than ever before to help you make the smartest purchases with your dollars. By supporting union businesses you support hard-working families and help to protect the middle class. Keep your eye out for the 2012 edition - you'll find that it Makes it Easy to Make a Difference.

Super Bowl Sunday is right around the corner and LA Labor 411 has the perfect Buffalo chicken wing recipe to share with you - 100% union-made, of course. After all, what's a Super Bowl party without spicy chicken wings? And what better to have with hot wings than an ice cold beer? There's close to 50 union-made beers on our list so be sure to check it out before you hit the stores. Visit www.lalabor411.org and let us help you plan your party.

                                                            In solidarity,

                                                            LA Labor 411

How do you use the LA Labor 411 guide?

Anytime we need a company for things like building repairs we always use union labor. We have our regular union plumbers and union air conditioning companies, but when we need someone new, we always refer to Labor 411.

Why do you support union-made products and services?

We are strong believers in unionization and workers' rights. At the CPA firm we believe in treating our own employees well and giving them good benefits. We also want to do what we can to help make the workplace better for everybody. We are very involved with labor.

Voices of Wisdom

"History is a great teacher. Now everyone knows that the labor movement did not diminish the strength of the nation but enlarged it. By raising the living standards of millions, labor miraculously created a market for industry and lifted the whole nation to undreamed of levels of production. Those who attack labor forget these simple truths, but history remembers them."
