Greetings!

During your ten-week competition, Shape Up & Go! participants at Cleveland Clinic demonstrated a remarkable spirit in pursuing a healthy lifestyle. The competition may have come to an end, but this is just the beginning of a much happier, healthier life for many--including you, we hope!

Together, participants lost 8,687 pounds (over 4 tons), exercised for 4,440,958 minutes (3,084 days), and walked 1,500,821,528 steps (30 times around the earth). Amazing results, simply amazing!

Prize winners will be announced after the New Year. We are extremely proud of all the teams who took part in the challenge.
