Round Two Results Are In!
  • Participants on average have lost 2.2 pounds, exercised for 918 minutes (33 per day), and walked 234,917 steps (8,390 per day).

  • Together, Cleveland Clinic employees have lost 3,013.7 pounds, exercised for 1,509,414 minutes and walked 521,280,089 steps.
Dear Friends,

We've hit a period where we could lose steam, so we want you to stay encouraged and keep on encouraging your team members.

Communicate with your team and push yourself to meet the goals you set for yourself at the beginning of this campaign.

If you are close to meeting your original goal--congratulations!  If you are falling short of your goals, consider revising them to make them more realistic and work on those. Remember, it's never too late.

Let's keep it up all the way to the finish line!

With only a few weeks left, we want you literally to go that extra mile. You're not alone - we are all on this journey together - and we will all suffer a setback now and then. Don't let that one setback set you back too far from reaching your goal.  
 
Getting support and encouragement is crucial to losing weight, increasing exercise, and becoming healthier. Your team captain and teammates are there to buddy you up-keep you stepping on those unavoidable bad days. Remember your vision--a healthier you, a healthier nation, fewer wrinkles--whatever it takes.
