State of Illinois Budget. Discussion will include a review of the FY11
budget, challenges, and possible solutions.
The event will feature presentations by Laurence Msall from the
Civic Federation and Ralph Martire from the Center for Tax and Budget
Accountability.
A Q & A session will follow. |

The Illinois Women's Institute for Leadership (IWIL) is an educational not-for-profit (501[C][4]) organization created to encourage and train Democratic women to become effective leaders in Illinois government and politics.
