NEW FREE ONLINE CONTENT ALERT
 
We have recently posted sixteen new multimedia tours focusing on Tibet and Sichuan Province on our free online resource, Cultural Profiles of Historic and Modern China. The new sections are made possible by a grant from the Shelley & Donald Rubin Foundation.
 
We have also posted a new Chinese module on our free Student to Student Language Lab, featuring 10th graders from the Tianjia Bing Middle School in Hunan Province, China.

Back to school! At OneWorld Classrooms, that means back to exploring the world in which we live -- and back to interacting with partner classes in its various regions to share information about our cultures, enhance the classroom learning experience and reinforce the curriculum.
 
As the new school year gets under way, we will begin sending regular bulletins again. This one provides an outline of upcoming bulletins -- and informs you how to select/update which ones you would like to receive for the coming year (or how to unsubscribe, if you prefer).

Our next bulletin will announce the opening of our Classroom Connections program for the 2008/2009 school year and inform you of participation options. Soon after, you will receive a bulletin that provides 'Quicklinks' to our most popular free Travel & Learn Online content (i.e. an Email you may use to quickly open your favorite OWC online content any time during the school year). We will follow that with a Funding Watch bulletin and Feature Content bulletins featuring new Cultural Profiles of Historic and Modern China and Student to Student Language Lab content that we posted over the summer.
 
Of course, we also welcome you to unsubscribe from all or any of our bulletins at any time you like. To unsubscribe from all bulletins and be removed from the OWC mailing list, use the SafeUnsubscribe link at the bottom of any bulletin.
