I'm on a diet. I hear this phrase multiple times a week from various clients-to-be, and it makes me cringe every time.  Dieters often feel compelled to stick to a really tough eating plan that banishes the foods they love most.  

Eating well doesn't mean that you have to give up your favorite foods. As long as your overall diet is balanced and rich in nutrients and fiber, there is nothing wrong with an occasional cheeseburger.
