Hello :

Yours truly has been on an diet for the past three weeks and I gotta' tell you - it really works. Sort of embarrassing but I started it because my gut was getting bigger each week, my face looked puffy, and equally as bad I felt sluggish way too often. While being unhealthy at any age is bad, at 50 and not getting younger it's unacceptable. The scale has been taboo so far, but my gut is several inches smaller, face looks normal again, I have incredible energy, and my pants fit. Yeah, I'm a very happy camper!

My Diet: Here's the best part - it's easy to follow and works fast! No regimentation; no specific food limitations; nothing out of the ordinary to buy, weigh, defrost, or prepare; no programs to join; no financial commitments; no gimmicks - just the desire to lose weight, feel great, and be healthier. I can eat anything that my tummy desires - using some common sense of course. This is not a trendy fad diet - it was developed by some dedicated tri-athletes who know the human body, thoroughly understand the digestive process and how harmful toxins impede it to cause fat accumulation and lethargy.

frogSonoran Desert Toad: Meet this handsome, innocuous looking critter - and the species is highly toxic. They're semi aquatic and breed in small pools of water found following summer rains that accompany the monsoons. It takes approximately 30 days for them to morph from tadpole to toad at which time they migrate to dry land. Adult Desert Toads reach between 4" - 7" and are a perfect size to fit into the mouths of most pets.

CAUTION - POISONOUS : The glands behind their ears secrete a toxin potent enough to kill an adult dog.  Within 30 minutes of ingesting one of these dogs will exhibit such signs as hyper-salivation, disorientation, and sometimes death. If such symptoms occur get your pet to the vet immediately. These toads are numerous and present a tempting meal to dogs. The best prevention policy is to be sure your pet is attended to while outdoors.

Pack Rats:  As more and more of the Pack Rat's natural habitat is being developed they are finding easy picking around homes instead of the barren desert where they typically seek food and shelter. Fact is they enjoy the fruits of urban living and this is evidenced by their exploding population growth. These rats chew through and ruin everything in sight as well as carry untold diseases.

Bait Boxes: We've been inundated with calls to remove Pack Rats and responding is now consuming a tremendous amount of time. Bait boxes for pack rats have always been included with your monthly maintenance but we cannot afford to do so any longer because of the time consumed and expense incurred. We will continue to offer the service and provide baited traps for $25 each with unlimited bait refills - an excellent value.

Scorpions:  It probably seems as though I'm wearing you out with info on scorpions - but seriously, that's not the case.  As experts in the field we know what's going on with these rascals, and as conscientious business people our obligation is to keep you informed about and safe from them. So, here's the latest info:  throughout Scottsdale we're finding an unusually high number of scorpions beyond the perimeters of client's homes that have used our Seek and Destroy service.

If you're unfamiliar with this service - it's performed in the dark with special lights that cause  scorpions to illuminate which enables us to find and kill them on the spot.  This represents another level of protection for your family. Call me at 602.550.7373 for more information on this service.

As always, we appreciate your business and will never take it for granted.

Sincerely,

Bret
