Hope your holidays were safe and most enjoyable. We flew to Chicago to visit my wife's family - the visit was great but brrrrrrr - sure was nice getting back to sunny Arizona.
Pack Rats Alert: For some strange reason we are finding an unusually high number of pack rats throughout the area - chewing and ruining everything in site. Their favorite chewing places seem to be in Bar-B-Q pits, pool heaters, and attics, but they're really not very particular about what they destroy.
We always check the perimeter of your home during our routine service, but if you see or hear any of these nasty critters or are just concerned and want an in-depth inspection, don't hesitate to call me and we'll take care of it right away. In addition to carrying communicable diseases they can do a significant amount of damage that's very expensive to repair, so be alert.
Go Cardinals: How about those Cardinals - what a surprise watching them rise from the dead. Whether you're a fan or not they are certainly creating invaluable exposure for our great city.
