I'll
spare ya' the heat complaints, but have to 'fess up and eat a little
crow here. Last month I mentioned our upcoming 4th of July trip to
Santa Monica and how much we were looking forward to playing in the
sand with Lexi at the beach. Being first time parents - albeit
older ones - we didn't consider that a 16 month old toddler doesn't give a
hoot about the beach, or anything else except for eating,
sleeping and - well, you know. She could have done her routine
anywhere and been just as happy. Anyway, a lesson well learned and a great time having our small family together just the same.
Termites:
We don't offer termite services because I firmly believe it's an area
that requires dedicated specialists as we are with scorpions. We have a
long-standing relationship with such a company, Atomic Pest Control,
who do an outstanding job. Unlike other companies that drill holes into
your foundation and floors to inject material to treat termites, Atomic
uses a patented process that's more effective and doesn't leave

any termite concerns. He's agreed to extend a 15% discount to all
Sonoran clients who call before August 31, 2008 and mention us. You can

Price Increase:
Yup - sorry but I'm increasing prices because but our costs are going
through the roof, and the amount will be reflected in your next
invoice. The "Elite Service" of twice each month will remain at an
additional $27. Sincerely, if I didn't increase your prices I couldn't
continue providing you with the best service and products available,
and I would never comprise my service offerings or your expectations.
Credit Cards: I know this is "old hat" but we will be forever grateful if you handle your account with a credit card - thanks.

New Office:
We opened a second office in central Scottsdale to provide better local
service to that area. They have a separate Newsletter and if you
receive it in error please "opt out" by clicking on the link at the bottom of
their Newsletter and you'll be removed from that list.

How To Tell The Difference: While these fellas look like scorpions at first blush, note the absence of the scorpion's distinct curled tail. So "no tail - no scorpion - no danger". But - don't take any chances - always call us when in doubt.
