For over 25 years MBS has worked hard to carve a niche in the small to medium sized employer market.  We keep a never ending eye towards improvement and providing the tailored customer service our clients expect.
 
Earlier this summer we successfully launched our new HR management system.  On this state of the art platform we maintain all your policy, employee, and enrollment information where it's updated and easily accessible to you and those you designate. 
 
You can't always be in the office so HR mangers can access this information while at work or on the road (anywhere with Internet) and administer your benefit programs directly with us through a HIPAA secure connection.
 
Features:
  • Single entry adds & terminations: Enter the employee information and we will enroll (or terminate) them on multiple plans and send the appropriate COBRA notices.
  • HR Service Ticketing System:  Have a question or problem?  Send us your issue through our secure portal and we will work on it and confirm completion with you.  All service items are tracked and retained in an electronic file for future reference. Multiple team members at your office and our agency can all see the same issue and know what's happening regardless of location.
  • Employee Self Service: Optionally, we will build an employee portal where employees can review their individual benefits and locate important plan documents such as the SPD or claim forms. Employees may also contact us directly using a similar ticket system.
  • Run Instant Reports covering all aspects of your plan.

    There's much more.  We are not replacing our usual personal contact only enhancing what we are already doing on a daily basis. Bottom line is this is a seamless integration designed to make your job easier and more efficient.
