BARBARA LUSSIER
The Poetry of Landscapes
New England artist, Barbara Lussier’s landscapes explore the romance of color and light and have been described as “poetry.” Growing up on the coastline of Nahant, Massachusetts, Barbara’s works are inspired by the mysteries and wonder of the sea, as well as the majesty and aesthetics of the wildflowers and trees of New England.
Her imagery of farmland, mountains, rocky shores and sandy beaches evoke the wonderful, bright, hopeful months of Spring, and inspired Geary Gallery to pay tribute to her works this May.
