We had two great shows last week and we have two more this week - read on for details on our shows in South Saint Paul and Paynesville.  Shane will be in Nashville next week to start work recording his first album, but he will be back in time for the big show at Majors in Albertville on Friday.  Make sure and listen for Shane's ads on K102 next week for more details on that.

 

 

Friday's show at Renegade's was a blast!  Everyone in the band was finally over their sicknesses and feeling good.  Jamie and Pat taught the crowd some new line dances during the breaks and everyone was strutting their stuff all night.  Someone at Renegades thought it was Shane's birthday and put up posters - so that was the big joke all night.  Even though it was NOT Shane's birthday (his is October 25th) - we all decided it would be cool to have a leap day birthday and we celebrated anyway!

 

 

Saturday, we were back down at Dawn's Corner Bar in Dundas.  This was only our second time there, but this is becoming one of our favorite places to play and party.  Look for this spot to be a regular venue on the schedule.  We gave away lots of cool prizes and the place was rockin'.  At one point during an particularly crazy version of "Hick Town", Josh climbed up on a speaker, took off his bass and layed it flat on the top speaker and started playing it Jeff Healey style.  We were all saddened to hear that Jeff Healey died the next day...(freaky!).  Maybe Josh needs to stop using his bow during "This Cowboy's Hat" or else Yo-Yo Ma could be next...?
