The Abe Lincoln Story are a "big band" from
Los Angeles. They play a style of music they
like to call "Soul Punk Swing." Think Louis
Prima fronting Booker T. playing Clash songs...

Howard Seth Cohen is the good kind of
performance artist. He won't make you think
too hard...until it's too late. Don't miss
pieces from his new show, LOUNGE SINGER. He
goes on at 9:45.
DJs Cinnamon Twist and Mighty
Eye
Cinnamon Twist has been throwing parties for quite a long time now. He has very eclectic taste, ranging from obscure 60's psychedelia to 80's synth pop and 90's ambient. Mighty Eye has been collecting Dub and Electronica since 1980, and has been DJing in the LA area for 10 years. Bella Land Bella is a multi-media artist who moves between the visual and aural realms. Painting, drawing and writing poetry since childhood, she also studied piano, wood wind, ballet and singing. The arts were her passion. A lifelong lover of music of all kinds, Bella's own musical voice and urge to express is a recent exploration. She is interested in the relationship between consciousness and sound, word and resonance especially insofar as it can enliven, heal or inspire. Also look for spoken word from Mick Farren and violin performance from Steve Fegely. |
