The Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce and the Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce are jointly offering a series of monthly programs on the important issues that affect today's businesses.

policies, practices, and procedures directing its
approach to managing its business. Goal is to identify
critical indicators of effectiveness, leading to objective
criteria on which to focus for maintaining competitive
advantage.
