JFK Lancer Productions & Publications
February 2010
Greetings!

How can it already be February? When you are busy, time simply flies by and JFK Lancer has indeed been busy. Both William Law and Larry Hancock will have the updates to their books out this spring, with more books coming throughout the year, including updates for our website and forum.

Someone wrote to me, "2010 will be the first year JFK has been dead for longer than he was alive." With that in mind, I look forward, always keeping President Kennedy's life goals in the forefront. Additionally, the new year allows us all time to reflect on the past, especially as I am busy getting the 2009 November In Dallas DVDs ready. Looking over the presentations I feel so proud of the work we've all accomplished. In this new year, and new decade, let's continue to dedicate ourselves to bringing the best research information out for our community, the world, and our future.

Sincerely,

BLOODY TREASON: The Assassination of John F. Kennedy,
was first published in 1997.  Noel H. Twyman received the JFK Lancer-Mary Ferrell New Frontier Award for his work.  The book is now out of print and considered a collector's item.  It has been praised as the cornerstone book of the JFK assassination and as the best on the subject by numerous writers and teachers.  It includes first-time interviews with critical witnesses and the most relevant documents released by the Assassination Records Review Board as authorized by Congress.  It includes more than 160 photos and exhibits.

Twyman welcomes the opportunity to reach a new and larger audience through the magic of E-Books, and to correct some errors or omissions in the original edition, and to report major new work that has buttressed his original conclusions.  Available through Amazon.com and MobiPocket.com.

The Kennedy Assassination: 24 Hours After
A review by Josh Begley - February 1, 2010 | Email the author

I find it remarkable that nearly fifty years after it happened we're still discovering new information about the Kennedy assassination. I would have thought that after all these years, all the countless books, television specials, movies, and internet speculations that we had mined that particular moment in American history to death. But now, thanks to transcripts that were only recently made available to the public, we now have a more complete picture of what happened in the twenty-four hours following Kennedy's murder.

There's no smoking gun in this documentary, no tidbit of information pointing to a vast conspiracy or government cover up. What is here is the most detailed account of the fear and confusion that followed and the dangerous power vacuum where America may have been at its most vulnerable. Read More

Photographer Bob Jackson Lecture

The Sixth Floor Museum

Acclaimed photographer Bob Jackson will speak about covering what is arguably the largest, most tumultuous news event of the 20th century. Jackson will recall the moment he captured one of the most recognizable still images of all time: when Jack Ruby fatally shot Lee Harvey Oswald.

The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza offers a monthly series of programs designed to educate, enlighten and engage the community. The year-long series, titled "Meet the Museum," covers a variety of topics ranging from JFK and the Dallas Civil Rights Movement to a Q&A with the Museum's curator. The program is free with paid admission to the museum.
