    		29th Annual NABNA Training Conference

    As summer rapidly approaches The Executive Board of the National Association of Black Narcotic Agents (NABNA) anticipates the 29th Annual Training Conference in Pasadena, California during the week of July 16 - 22, 2006. Once again the conference will serve as a valuable resource for law enforcement officers, agencies, and community organizations. The conference will also provide an opportunity to network and share our law enforcement experiences.

    The Executive Board is eagerly working with the Los Angeles Chapter for a successful 2006 training conference.

    "Together We Can Do Great Things"

    		NABNA Constitution and By-Laws

    The Constitution and By-laws Committee consisting of National President Karl C. Colder, National Vice President James H. Williams, National Secretary Lenora Morris, National Parliamentarian Michael Abraham, DEA Group Supervisor Rosalynde Fenner, and DEA Special Agent Lisa Prior finalized the revised NABNA Constitution and By-Laws. The By-laws were presented before the membership at the 28th Annual Conference and received a unanimous vote.

    		NABNA Membership National Dues

    This is a reminder that Annual National Dues was due January 1, 2006. The following revisions to the National dues structure was adopted during the 28th Annual NABNA Conference:

    National dues for current financial members is $75.00 Non financial members must pay $150.00 for renewal.

    A $5.00 late fee will be assessed to current financial members who renew between February 1, 2006 and May 31, 2006)

    A $10.00 reinstatement fee will be applied for non- financial status or dues remitted after May 31, 2006.
