Gearbox Repairs
AGW provides service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. AGW can repair any brand of equipment and have the   capabilities to reverse engineer all components to equal or better quality.
Atlanta Gear Works specializes in rebuilding and repairing gearboxes.
They rebuild all makes and models of gearboxes for many different industries including, but not limited to pulp & paper, steel, chemical, power, fiber and cement.

Upon receipt of your gearbox AGW will completely disassemble and inspect your gearbox to determine the root cause failure and develop a scope of what is required to rebuild/repair your gearbox in "like new" condition. AGW dynamically balances all gear and shaft assemblies to insure a smooth, quiet running gearbox.  Also, all gearboxes are full speed, no-load spin tested.

We provide complete reverse engineering service to produce parts for gearboxes that are obsolete or out of production.  Some of the gearbox brands that we rebuild are Falk, Flender, Foote Jones, Philadelphia Gear, Western, Beloit, Black Clawson, Hordsburg & Scott, Amarillo, Hansen, Lightnin, Lufkin, Marley, Sumitomo, Dodge, Elliot and Link-Belt.   In many cases AGW can upgrade your gearbox by providing hardened gears during the rebuild.

Whatever your gearbox needs are AGW has the experience and resources to satisfy even the most demanding    applications
