Upon receiving the oscillator, Alliance Mill Solutions (AMS) then performs a test run in their Service Center setup to witness what is wrong with it.
*Bench Tests are conducted to verify amps, loads and other analysis
that guide us in our critical path to rebuilding the oscillator properly.
*AMS then breaks down the oscillator, conducts a thorough inspection
and provides an itemized written quote to you detailing the work and the cost of repairs.
*This written quote would then be approved or declined by you within five (5) days of submittal.
*The repair of the oscillator would commence upon the issue and
receipt of a separate purchase order provided by you for that work.
*Upon return of the reworked EMO III oscillator, you would then
either utilize that oscillator in the storeroom inventory or install on the machine. Putting the refurbished oscillator in stores establishes a speedy method of EMOIII oscillator replacement ie not waiting for approval to buy an new oscillator and the resultant yet to be determined delivery date.
*If the determination was made by you to scrap and not repair the
oscillator sent to AMS, the same oscillator would be returned to you or scrapped at our facility in order to save shipping charges to you.
AMS's typical rebuild cost are a fraction of what the Original Equipment Manufacturer charges!
