Field Service Program:
  • Large, dedicated, and trained Field Services staff

Cline's Field Services program consists of the following aspects:
 
  • Drive-shaft, coupling and clutch surveys
  • Compilation of application data
  • Manpower to remove, install and /or maintain drive -shafts, couplings and clutches
  • Field engineering services to ensure proper installation of major projects
  • Tracking of components condition, life cycles and rate of wear (Reliability Engineering)
  • Detailed Inspection Reports and executive Summaries
 
 Drive-shaft/Coupling/Clutch Audit:
 
  • This can be performed all at once during a longer outage, or piece by piece during shorter outages.
  • Cline gathers all product dimensions, sizing and application data.
  • The data is input into an Excel spreadsheet that is easily accessible for any mill planner/supervisor.
  • Spare inventories can also be taken and compared with the audit.
