Major capital improvements at Farmington which are now on-line are: a new dual chamber cure oven, a CNC controlled roll grinder, a state-of-the-art composite cover application station, a new Vac-U-Blast station as well as extensive upgrades to the polyurethane and rubber production lines. These major upgrades are an integral part of Schaefer's goal of being able to offer the most technically advanced rubber, polyurethane and composite roll covers to the paper industry as well as the film, textile, printing, furniture and packaging industries.
