Engineering and Design
We
offer a complete line of new Paper Finishing equipment such as Winders,
Reels and Calendars. We can rebuild and modernize your existing
equipment to meet your needs. We can also supply you with rebuilt
equipment from the secondary market. If your needs are special, we will
custom design equipment to meet your specific needs and requirements.

Manufacturing
Turn-key
manufacturing services that offer experience in multiple converting
applications (web handling, tension control, guiding, spreading,
slitting and winding). Our team of manufacturing engineers will focus
on design for manufacturing, utilizing the principles of Lean
Manufacturing to deliver best in class value. Full test/check-out
capabilities insure that each machine installation is "by the book"
with no surprises. We continually invest in people, processes and
technology to offer cost effective manufacturing and assembly services.
Consulting and Field Services
Our
team has field expertise in the "Process" of paper finishing. We can
assist you with Web Handling, Tension Control, Guiding, Roll Structure,
Spreading, Wrinkling, Runnability, Nips, Slitting, Winding and other
related issues. We can provide you with a full range of assistance from
Cycle Time Analysis to Problem Solving to Troubleshooting and Repair.
We can also assist you with field studies and equipment surveys to aid
your decision making process for Project and Equipment Planning.
Training
Our
training is customized for your specific needs and the equipment at
your facility. We offer both "hands on" and classroom training for
Operations Personnel and Maintenance Personnel; including Controls. We
offer training for the equipment we provide as well as a series of
general classes for equipment overview, such as Winder Theory of
Operation. All of our training classes stress the importance of safety
and promote good work habits.
Startup and Installation Supervision
Our
team will work with you to ensure that you get the best installation
and equipment start-up possible. We will supervise the equipment
erection, alignment and field connections. We will work with your staff
to set up and tune the equipment for your specific operation. We offer
a complete "Turn-key" installation and start-up package to remove this
responsibility from the mill and place it on us. We act as the agent of
the mill and take the responsibility to get the job done right.
