New Deckle Board design by Coldwater
Coldwater's new deckle boards utilize a built-in hinge combined with on the run adjustable stands to help control and contain the sheet edge coming out of the headbox. Our Teflon sealing strip creates a perfect seal with the wire to eliminate stock leaking under the deckle board and clumping, which can reduce sheet breaks. The deckle board drip shower prevents stock build-up and keeps the unit running clean. Quick disconnect pins and optional hinged bases on the mounting stands allow for fast and easy removal for wire changes, and without the use of any tools. All of these features combined create the best running and most operator friendly deckle board on the market.
