2012 Y2Y Partner Grants
Y2Y Friend, 

We are pleased to announce Yellowstone to Yukon Conservation Initiative's 2012 Partner Grant recipients.

Fourteen grassroots organizations, who conduct on-the-ground projects throughout the Y2Y region, were awarded over $55,000 in grant money. 

From novel bear spray rental programs and campaigns against the Site C dam, to efforts that map out movement of the world's largest lambing herd of Stone's sheep, these projects span the spectrum and include scientific, educational and practical solutions to real problems affecting the Y2Y region.

Most importantly, each help achieve the Y2Y mission and vision within our Priority Areas and are key to attaining our conservation goals. We are proud to support them. (For a list of recipients see below.)

The Y2Y Partner Grants program is made possible through the support of institutions such as: the Woodcock Foundation, the William T. Hornaday Fund, and the Kendeda Fund. Individuals who chose to direct their personal donations to the partner grant program are also key contributors.
