Canfor Proposes Amendment to FSP

Please click the link above for Canfor's proposed amended Forest Stewardship Plan for the tenures currently held by Canfor in Fort Nelson. The revisions to the FSP are highlighted in yellow text. The proposed amended FSP needs to receive Ministry of Forests, Lands & Natural Resource Operations approval. Please note, this document will only be available until June 17.

BC Hydro Site C Public Meetings
There are two remaining open houses for the public to provide feedback for the Site C project: Dawson Creek on April 3rd and Chetwynd on April 24th.

 Western Announces Study
Western Copper and Gold has initiated a preliminary front end engineering and design study to evaluate technology options for a liquefied natural gas process facility to be located at or near the Fort Nelson Gas Plant.
