Dear JABBERS:
Mother's Day is this Sunday. We'll be brunching with our Moms and showering them with flowers and other gifts to show them how much they mean to us. So how can people say that  this is a commercialized holiday? What's so bad about honoring the women who gave us life, nurtured us, were always there to lend an ear or a shoulder, helped us rear our children and never stopped caring? Besides, we know that eventually we all either become our moms, or exhibit similar traits. I know I certainly do and I couldn't be prouder. So keep those florists busy this Sunday and show her the love she deserves. You'll be sending her a memory she'll never forget.
