Spring has sprung and summer's sneakin' in behind it. I can tell because bees are buzzing and flowers and trees are blooming. But more importantly, as I perused the posts for the past few newsletters, I noticed a trend. JABBERS are looking for summertime weekend getaways and planning vacations overseas while parents are seeking swimming lessons. This can only mean one thing - summer is around the corner! My house is abuzz with upcoming activities including a high school graduation and end-of-year awards ceremonies. Then it's time to jump right in to planning for summer camps and activities. No matter what activities you are planning, JAB will be there for you, providing ideas and great resources. A Principal's Honor Roll student at our school (straight A's on the report card) is facing a heart wrenching family situation. The student's most prized possession, his laptop, has been pawned for the third time. To make matters worse, he and his mother have been evicted and are now homeless. We are looking for someone that has a gently used laptop (or new so it can last him through high school) that is willing to sell it to him for a reasonable price. Slippery When Wet!
I have original terrazzo floors outside my home and they are dangerously slippery when wet. Does anyone know of a company that can apply a permanent non-slip surface to the terrazzo? Also, any advice on maintaining a clean outdoor terrazzo floor would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Family Summer Vacation, En Espanol
