Ordering Wine at the Restaurant
Ah yes, the apprehension as the server hands you the wine list. Well have no fear at Kiepersol or beyond. Here's a few tips to choosing the right wine for your guests without breaking the bank.
Google Before you Go Think about the wine before you go to the restaurant. Kiepersol's wine list is available online with the prices and a short flavor profile description so you can have an idea of what you want before you arrive.
At Kiepersol, we have greatly simplified (we think!) the wine list by categorizing wines by style from the sweetest and most delicate, ranging to the most bold and heavy-bodied.
We have also limited the selection to the best and the brightest - for example, there are only 39 choices of Merlot - just kidding, it's just 4 choices - two from Kiepersol's vineyard right here south of Tyler and two from other world renowned wineries. We'd love your feedback on what your favorites are on the list and what we should try to get in the future.
