Speakers will also explore the implications of last night's announcement regarding the early roll-out of 4G mobile internet connectivity and its implications for the membership sector.
'Getting to Grips with Direct Debits' seminar announced!

Getting to grips with Direct DebitsDon't miss out on collecting membership fees.  New prohibited practice for Direct Debits!

In January 2013 a new Direct Debit prohibited practice is being introduced.

This is to try and prevent organisations from inadvertently cancelling Direct Debit Instructions by submitting incorrect codes to the bank.

Are you aware of this change and how it will affect your proc
esses?

Do you need to know about reducing unpaid items, optimizing processes or increasing collections?

Training on the latest version of the Service Users Guide and Rules will enable your membership organisation or association to get the most out of the Direct Debit scheme.

Clear Academy and The MemberWise Network are pleased to announce the first joint Direct Debit Training Course, exclusively aimed at Membership and Association Professionals.

This one day course will be held on 21st November in Central London.

Free benchmarking opportunity: 'Harnessing the Web' Survey
This month not only sees our 'Harnessing the Web' conference but also the launch of a dedicated benchmarking project to establish where we are as a sector & where we want to be in the future!

Our short online survey will provide you with the opportunity to benchmark your current and desired future web activity against the rest of the membership sector and will provide you with a unique insight.

Unlike many surveys on this topic our online survey is unique in that it has no product or service sales orientation behind it, you can complete it anonymously (if you so wish!) and it will focus our future training, advice and events offerings to better serve you!

If the above isn't quite enough to sway you into responding we will provide you with a free copy of our survey benchmarking report before it is published and you will be entered into a competition to win one of two 50 John Lewis vouchers.

Complete our short survey now...
